READING THE FACE: THEORETICAL SESSION
● Reading the Face: anthropological, anatomical, and aesthetic facial assessment● Facial aging patterns and structural changes● Facial proportions and structural relationships● Upper face and midface anatomy, assessment, aging mechanisms, and treatment planning● Layer-by-layer anatomy: bones, fat compartments, muscles, ligaments, nerves, vessels, glands, and ducts● Anatomy as the foundation of clinical decision-making● Product selection and individualized treatment strategies● Live anatomical dissections on two cadaver specimens with clinical discussion led by Dr. Luiz Avelar
READING THE FACE: HANDS-ON CADAVER TRAINING & CLINICAL APPLICATIONS
UPPER FACE ● Layer-by-layer anatomy of the forehead, temples, and peri-orbital region, including muscles, ligaments, nerves, vessels, and safety zones.● Clinical assessment, treatment planning, needle and cannula techniques, product placement, and anatomical validation through guided dissection.
MIDFACE (Part 1)● Anatomical analysis of the midface, including skeletal support, deep and superficial fat compartments, retaining ligaments, muscles, facial vessels, infraorbital region, tear trough, nose, and central face.● Clinical application of treatment strategies with immediate anatomical validation through dissection.

● Advanced facial assessment● Full-face treatment planning● Anatomy-driven complication prevention and management● Combination treatment strategies● Advanced clinical integration of fillers, botulinum toxins, hyaluronidase, PLLA biostimulators, and thread-lifting techniques● Live anatomical dissection with advanced clinical discussion
READING THE FACE: HANDS-ON CADAVER TRAINING & CLINICAL APPLICATIONS
MIDFACE (Part 2)● Advanced midface treatment strategies, including volume restoration, contouring, lifting concepts, transition zones, and facial integration.● Layer-by-layer anatomical validation of product placement and treatment approaches through guided dissection.
LOWER FACE● Anatomical analysis of the perioral region, chin, and jawline, including mimetic muscles, facial nerve branches, facial arteries and veins, vascular danger zones, salivary glands, and ducts.● Clinical assessment, harmonization strategies, needle and cannula techniques, thread-lifting concepts, and anatomical validation through guided dissection.
